About
The details
Spend an afternoon in the cellar of a small family vineyard in the Mġarr countryside. You'll taste six wines made from Maltese grapes — the indigenous Girgentina and Ġellewża alongside more familiar varietals — paired with local Ġbejna cheese, sundried tomatoes, olives, and freshly baked Maltese bread.
The owner, Pierre, leads every tasting personally. He'll walk you through the vines first, then you settle in at the long wooden table in the cellar.
